HERE is looking for a Senior Engineer who has experience building and deploying automation systems for service delivery. Our team is both developing and integrating exciting, cutting edge, large-scale automation and deployment technologies to provide a performant and stable platform upon which a large portfolio of HERE's data processing pipelines and content delivery services will run. A strong candidate will have experience with all aspects of the production software lifecycle, from working with stakeholders generating a development plan, through development or selection of the required tools, to deployment of the completed software to a production ready, stable environment.
We are looking for a self-motivated team-player who has experience developing and deploying production-grade services in large organizations with compliance requirements. The right candidate will have experience with all aspects of the production software lifecycle, from working with stakeholders to creating development plans, to the selection of required tools and technologies, to software development, as well as deployment of software to production ready, stable environments. Candidates should have 4+ years of professional software development and deployment experience including intermediate knowledge in continuous integration, continuous delivery and automated testing disciplines. Candidates should have experience working with stakeholders to update existing production systems with new features. Candidates will need excellent communication skills in order to work with stakeholders and coordinate with other team members on our fast moving projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agile development of service delivery infrastructure and software
- Continuous integration and automated testing of developed code
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery of systems and infrastructure
- Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects
- Deployment of production ready systems and infrastructure
- Monitoring of running processes to ensure proper functioning of infrastructure
- Identifying and providing solutions for common needs across stakeholders
