The Customer Support group is a critical department in HERE, we are working with more than 90% of all HERE Customers, located in 20 countries with an average of 13 years of experience. The Technical Customer support is the Voice of the Customer, focusing on customer usage of the HERE Product Portfolio.
The Role
As a Software Engineer inside the Technical Customer Support division of HERE you will work with a dedicated customer onsite. The Position is located in the UK, your responsibilities are supporting the customer, trouble shouting / debugging on embedded devices, tracking and reporting customer issues and integrating / testing the HERE location data and the HERE Location cloud.
What will you do?
- Supporting the Customer onsite
- Integrating HERE Software into embedded target devices
- Testing and debugging the integrated HERE Software on target devices and inside the car
- Analyzing Customer issues
- Tracking and Reporting customer issues to the internal teams
- Review Releases to the customer
